Getting the right people and the right chemistry is more important than getting the right idea.”
— Ed Catmull

Or put another way: making games or creating something new is easy compared to making a team. This isn’t to say that making games is easy.  We know the opposite is true.

But when you compare it to building a team.  A team where there is an abundance of trust, healthy conflict and a clear vision.  A team that has the right balance between creative ideas AND the ability to execute against those ideas. A team with the right people in the right roles.  All of this can be very difficult to achieve without deliberate intention and actions.

Leadership Enthusiast believes in nurturing the elements needed to build high performing teams and customizes solutions to achieve that.
